Civilian Carbine 2

Carbine 2 is a 2-day course that expands on fundamentals and skills developed in Carbine 1. Carbine 2 reinforces the proper mindset needed for deadly force and reviews of state laws/statutes that are applicable to the use of deadly force. Marksmanship and accuracy are emphasized through shooting drills designed for the carbine shooter. Positional shooting, movement and low light shooting techniques are utilized in this course.

  • Round count: 1000 min. rifle / 50 pistol
  • Rifle with sling
  • Handgun with belt & holster
  • Eye & ear protection
  • 3 magazines
  • Knee & elbow pads (optional)
  • Rain gear
  • Water or hydration device (Camelback)
  • Pen & paper

Daily Schedule and Location

Class starts at 8:30 AM and typically ends around 5:00 PM each day.

All classes are taught at Lake Fork Sportsman's Club, 350 N. 1375 E., Atwood, IL, 61913 unless stated otherwise.
